CANCELLATION POLICY
APPOINTMENT RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and kindly ask that you respect ours and that of other clients. A 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will result in pre-payment before appointment. We understand that unexpected circumstances happen and will always consider genuine emergencies. Clients may receive one courtesy exception for a late cancellation, last-minute rescheduling request, or no-show. However, after a second occurrence, Advanced Teeth Whitening Beauty Studio reserves the right to decline future appointments. Repeated cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows are not acceptable, even when a client has purchased a package. Package purchases do not override this policy or guarantee future appointments. Any unused package services will be handled according to the package terms and applicable law. Advanced Teeth Whitening Beauty Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse future appointments when repeated scheduling issues occur.
